For courses not on the pre-approved list, you can fill out a course equivalency request form and submit it to BizX.
It is McMaster’s policy that outbound students MUST submit a signed liability waiver and document checklist to our office 1 week prior to leaving on exchange.
It is important that all students complete the emergency contact information form and submit it to our office 1 week prior to leaving on exchange. In case of emergency, it will provide us with information on how to contact you.
Once you have arrived at your host university and have registered in your courses, you must complete the course registration form and submit it to our office within 1 month of arriving at your host university. It must have all the courses you are registered in at your host university, the courses you wish it to be equivalent to at McMaster (pending on approval), along with your signature and the signature of the exchange coordinator at your host university.
